Individual Therapy

At Well of Balance, individual therapy provides a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and life challenges. Our therapists offer personalized care through secure telehealth sessions, helping you nurture yourself while working toward your personal goals. Together, we focus on understanding, coping, and creating balance in your life.

Teens & Young Adults

The teen and young adult years bring growth, change, and important life transitions. Well of Balance supports high school students navigating school, friendships, and identity; college students adjusting to independence and new responsibilities; and young adults ages 21–26 as they explore careers, relationships, and life direction. Through secure telehealth sessions, our therapists provide a compassionate space to feel heard, build coping skills, and cultivate balance while growing with confidence.

Move Forward with Depression & Anxiety

Well of Balance works with clients who may be struggling with depression or trauma related to relationships or family. During initial sessions, therapists delve deeply into the issues at hand and collaborate with clients to create a plan that supports reclaiming balance and well-being. Many clients notice a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month, with sustained improvement as therapy continues.

Reconnect as a Family

Having a difficult time as a family? Well of Balance offers therapy for children and teens ages 9–18, as well as parent sessions, to provide support for the whole family. Through telehealth, we help families learn and practice open, honest communication that respects each person’s boundaries. Our therapists create a warm, safe space for children, teens, and parents to connect, understand one another, and build stronger, balanced relationships together.

Postpartum & Pregnancy Services

Pregnancy and the postpartum period bring profound change and complex emotions. Well of Balance supports individuals through fertility concerns, pregnancy, postpartum mood challenges, birth experiences, and identity shifts. Through compassionate telehealth care, we provide a nurturing, nonjudgmental space where you can feel supported, restore balance, and move forward with confidence during this transformative season.

Grief & Loss

Grief can feel isolating, unpredictable, and overwhelming. Well of Balance offers gentle, steady support through telehealth to process loss at your own pace—whether from death, miscarriage, relationship changes, or life transitions. We help clients honor their experiences, nurture themselves, and find ways to carry grief while continuing to pursue a balanced and meaningful life.
